Howard Johnson Boise Airport

Terrible. Priced ridiculously high for a low budget motel. Stay at Howard Johnson’s all the time, this is the worst one. Not sure why but no wash cloths in rooms, just towels and hand towels. Remote does not work the television. Just terrible. Puts a bad name on Howard Johnson. Too bad they can’t keep a room clean and have working heaters opposed to loud space heaters. Pathetic hotel here people. The front desk women were super friendly though, just the owner clearly doesn’t care about working amenities nor cleanliness. Disgusting place. Please save yourself and go somewhere else. The only good comments are probably workers asked to write a review.

This isn't a hotel as advertised. It's an average motel. Smells like one, looks like one, and after being in the room for 2 minutes it definitely feels like one. From the outward facing doors to the broken tv to the awkwardly in-depth instructions of which towel to use if there is "a big mess," there's no doubt this is a motel. Kudos to the marketing team for making us believe we had found a slightly cheaper hotel. There is a Belgium waffle maker at breakfast, so that's nice.

The evening employee was intuitive to our needs and tried to accommodate them...very sweet young lady opposed to the morning girl whom couldnt understand why we wanted ICE. Room was clean..the carpets need replaced. Need more lighting in the passages to the stairs. Would stay again

I wanted to give them - 5 stars, checked in at 3 am to my room. The moment I got in bed I started feeling a crazy itchy sensation. I couldn't even sleep for 10 minutes. My bed had bug beds, when this was brought to the notice of the management they were extremely ignorant about it and the manager started giving senseless explanations. They just want to see us off and hand the room over to the next customer without any due inspection. I even showed the a picture with red marks and rashes on my leg from the bed bugs but the management is shameless and unprofessional.

Had to change rooms beacuse the light was missing from the room. Second room had no heater so they brought us a space heater. Asked for no smoking. Cigarette burns all over the carpet. Cirtins didn't cover the window. When you open the door you run right into a wall. If your. If you're a light sleeper the freeway will keep you up all night. Nope never again....
