Shoppers Drug Mart

I visited Heartage Shoppers a few days ago to buy my favourite Jean Paul perfume. However, I couldn't locate it and began exploring other items instead. As I wandered around the store, security was alerted about me, and to be followed by the security guard , despite no signs of suspicious behaviour . It seems their actions were influenced by my appearance as a brown person of visible minority. This discriminatory treatment of people of colour is disheartening, and I have decided not to return to this store.

It was a bad experience at the pharmacy clinic desk. The lady at the desk didn’t seem to know what customer service is and was not very welcoming. She gave a look that made it clear she wasn’t happy when asked something.nThis is so wrong hiring someone doesn't know what her job is.

This is my favorite Shoppers Drug Mart. It's always very clean. The staff are extremely friendly. There is lots of parking and they have a post office. They have a good selection of products and you can get PC points. I have been going here for years and will continue to do so.

Pharmacy staff are very cooperative and helpful. I moved in Calgary from Ontario and my Alberta Health coverage will start after 3 months, while I was in need of some prescribed medicine. Today my visit to that pharmacy solve my all problems in a very professional manner. From front desk to pharmacist all were very friendly and helpful. I am really thankful to all of the staff.
