Every single time I go in there to buy makeup they make security follow me and literally EVERY single time I bought everything. I like the points system so I was excited to get something for my daughter for her birthday but they just made me feel like a criminal and I thought I looked pretty normal. Don’t feel comfortable going back ever again. The Marda Loop location is way nicer and welcoming

Very disrespectful and racist pharmacy, shifty and one other gentlemen in particular showed exemplary discrimination and racism. Absolutely 0 customer service from everyone at this shoppers including managers and owner. If you are a minority do not go to this pharmacy for your own safety.

I called 4 times just to ask what the hours were for the post office. I called directly into the post office and after waiting on hold for 5 minutes it would ring like I was being connected to someone and then intentionally put back on hold until it would go through to an answering machine. Then I called back and was connected to customer service at the front desk. I simply asked her what time the post office was open till. She couldn't give me an answer and forwarded me to the post office department. SAME THING HAPPENED. I called back one last time to the post office and the same thing happened.nnI know that whichever incompetent is working the post office at 10:30 AM on a Thursday isn't THAT busy that they can't answer a simple and basic question.nnFinally, after like 20 minutes of trying to get ahold of someone, a young gentleman answered the phone and answered my question.
