Magnificent Service! The people working at this pharmacy are knowledgeable, professional, highly competent and most importantly, treat their customers like human beings. My child was fighting a horrible spell of illness and needed a prescription STAT that would alleviate her symptoms. Unfortunately the doctor issued a prescription to Shoppers Drug Mart and they took their sweet time in shipping it off to Script. Shawn from Script called them no less than 4 times to get the prescription in time so he could fill it before they closed. Thanks so much Shawn for all your help. You could have easily let it go like they did but your persistence paid off for us big time.
Switched from a shoppers drug mart pharmacy to using these guys, and I could see the difference immediately. Friendlier staff, a cozier location, and somehow cheaper prices on a specialized prescription. If you're using a chain pharmacy, I would definitely recommend giving these guys a try!
My 1st time there! .. man they are so efficient! I assumed I'd have issues with my insurance, and I kind of did but Ven just took care of it. He was so kind and helpful. Just a really great experience

Getting my flu shot here was a great experience, Shawn was extremely friendly and helpful. The process was quick and easy, and I would definitely recommend this pharmacy!
Needed a compound prescription filled same-day. This location was able to accommodate the timeline, but couldn’t direct bill. I ended up going to a different compounding pharmacy that could direct bill. Friendly staff here, only giving 4/5 starts due to the direct billing limitation.

Excellent service from Script Pharmacy! I booked an appointment for a blood draw for a custom prescription, and when I arrived, we realized that they had prepared the wrong tubes not due to an error on their part, just a miscommunication/misunderstanding on both their and my ends. They were quick to pivot and resolve the issue, and did so in a friendly and professional manner i.e. zero attitude. My prescription was ready faster than I anticipated, too. The next day I had a few questions about the prescription, and the woman I spoke with on the phone was also friendly and professional. Strong customer-service mindset, quality products, knowledgeable staff.... top marks to Script Pharmacy!
Horrible customer service from the lady who does all supplements she snapped at me barked her answers down my throat and walked away like she’s some kind of Royalty. I guess they don’t need customers there they survive just by opening their doors
Best patient service in Calgary. They’re legit pharmacy that compounds.
