Patricia in the makeup department Southland location is AMAZING, she is so helpful and so knowledgable. She really takes the time to find you what you need and listen to what you have to say. She is fabulous, if you're looking to be treated like a queen, GO SEE PATRICIA!

Am greatful you were open, kind and super helpful. Had real long day that started at 6am getting loved one in for surgery and barely home and settled by 11pm. So when I able to walk over, come in and be able have everything donenbefore I manage to pick up a few extra was just everything.

A few days back, my daughter was stung by wasps. She was in immense pain. We rushed her to this Shoppers location, looking for pain relievers. The Pharmacist on shift at that time was Priyanka. Priyanka understood the situation, and the pain that my daughter was feeling. She was very knowledgeable, and provided recommendations. My daughter felt much better within the next few hours. Thanks to Priyanka, she is relieved.

Most of the cashiers are extremely rude and unwelcoming. They don't greet nor acknowledge when you say hi to them at the store. Laugh at you when you ask a question about stock /availablitiy. Only come here because they have self check out.

The pharmacy is very nice. My daughter was there getting her prescription filled but we were told it would be 30 minutes. So while we waited we talked to a very sweet girl in cosmetics. We shopped a little while we waited but I really had to go to the bathroom but the girl watching the self checkout said there was no bathroom for me to use and suggested i leave the store and go look for one. The manager was also standing right there and ignored me, and then disappeared. I really needed a bathroom so my daughter took me to the back of the store and asked the pharmacy assistant if I could use the bathroom and she helped us to a bathroom in the back while she monitored the doors. She was so nice and understanding. Then, we were able to wait until the prescription was ready.
