The Marda Loop location of the Shopper store has poor customer service, especially in the beauty department.nnThe staff does not know how to properly treat people, and their behavior and comments tend to be discriminatory towards others.nnIn the majority of cases when I have shopped at this location, the experience has been the same - the staff do not even bother to greet or welcome the customer, and instead look at them with disdain, as if the customer cannot afford to purchase their products.nnIt is unfortunate that this occurs, likely due to the type of staff they hire.nnI am a frequent customer of their stores, but this location is one of the worst I have visited, and I would not return to make any purchases there.

I called almost 20 times over the span of three days to try to get my prescription delivered. I had to pay $50 to go in person and get it despite being disabled and home bound just to be told “we were answering the phones” in the rudest way possible. I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences here, and I can’t wait until my prescription runs out and I can switch. Do NOT use this pharmacy if you can help it.

A bit of a sketchy situation at this location. I have a few prescriptions that get sent to this location all the time. One of which is a scheduled narcotic.nnI am always prescribed 90 pills and when I went to pickup the other day, I noticed the count was way off. I was given 30 instead of 90. The prescription says 90, and the pill bottle said 90, so something was fishy. There’s pills hold street value.nnOne can only assume someone at this location is pocketing pills for personal gain.nn100% reporting to the college of pharmacology.nnAnd changing my pharmacy. Always double check your prescriptions if you get them filled here.

It is the closest store to my house, whenever I go I like the location and the store itself, the ones that should change are their beauty employees! They always look down on you, and they don't serve you in the best way, whenever I'm leaving work and I like to buy my things but now I always prefer to go to another shoppers since they never help you with anything and they are dirty.

The girls in cosmetics are such sweethearts!! As well as being very knowledgeable about what they are selling. This is my favourite shoppers beauty department can't recommend this location enough
