Called and asked if they carried H2ocean tattoo aftercare and they said they did. Drive the whole way from Manitowoc and they only had the piercing aftercare not the tattoo. Then they started blaming my tattoo artist for being sold out. Customer service amongst hot topic employees is pretty bad.
