Don't even bother going here unless you are working with Jane. She's awesome and is always so nice and helpful. However, I'm 21 and my mom has been taking me here since I was anout 13 and I continued going here when I started paying for my own things. In those 8 years she is literally the only employee I've interacted with that was helpful. The rest have all been really clueless and just plain rude to me. Back in March I paid for an exam and ordered only one box of contacts. (So paid about $100 total) Today I went in to order one box of contacts again, because according to what I was told in March my prescription was the same in both eyes. Well apparently the lady who helped me in March put my info in wrong and never updated my new prescription. So I paid $100 just to be given contacts that were my old prescription from over a year ago. The lady who helped me today never once apologized for THEIR mistake or understood my frustration with that. And then told me I am not allowed to order only one box. Super unhappy with their customer service.

Experience was very pleasant and the staff very informative and friendly. Eye doctor was very thorough and descriptive in findings throughout exam. New glasses and lenses work great. Thanks

Thank you for taking exceptional care of me. Because of insurance I checked out some of the other options in town and although I may have been able to save a little $, I don't think it would have been much and certainly would not have overcome the inconvenience. 
The other options were in my "network" but they couldn't see me for an exam for at least a week (or more). LensCrafters got me in the same day and with their current special I was able to get two pairs of glasses for a reasonable value. 
Very friendly and helpful throughout and I would like to give a particular shout out to Jane for her Great Service!

Pricey and has hidden costs. I got a pair of glasses that were fitted  incorrectly and whoever made the lenses did a bad job. I got a crack in one of the lenses within a week of owning them and took good care of the glasses so it should not have happened. Had to pay 25 dollars to fix a mistake they made. Also, when I was getting my eyes checked, one of the machines was broken no they said they would call me back to continue that part of the exam, but never did even though I payed for everything!

I was never a fan of Lens Crafters but after these guys juggled their schedule to get me in while traveling I will be giving them all of my business. This is without mentioning the tech upgrades they implemented as a pilot program. This was a great experience,  so much so I actually wrote a review for an eye exam.
