Came in to buy a case at 6:40pm it is now 7:17pm and I just been acknowledged now. I have been being ignored since I walked in. The workers need to pay more attention to what is going on and why we are coming in. If we are here to buy something, to sign a change of ownership, or pay a bill they should be taking us ahead of people who are here to upgrade or step away for a few moments to help the 5 second 2 minute jobs. I HATE COMEING HERE and I would leave if my brother wasn't looking for a specific case.

Terrible service. Wait time over 50 min. When an representative finally was available she decided it was more important to type a letter than take care off the 5 people waiting. Never going back to this location again!!

I came into this store today and no one said hi someone will be with u soon.... or can I get ur name and put it on a list....all I needed to do was pay a bill..... there are not enough people working on a Sunday to help everyone.... I would never come back to this location for any service

I had the best customer service at this store this past week. I purchased a phone at the Agent store on Main st in Fond du lac, and the initial customer service was good, and then the more problems I was having with the phone the more the lack of customer service was. It seemed like the people who helped me at the Agent store weren't concerned with really working with me or listening to my concerns. Having to go back there to return my phone to their inventory the man who was helping me was rude and not helpful at all, basically wasting my time instead of just doing the transaction that US Cellular customer service/corporate informed him to do. After having multiple interactions I finally called US Cellular customer service and was treated with the nicest and most understanding service. They advised me to resolve this solution at the Johnson st store and Angel and Sabrina did everything possible to help me and get me the phone that I'm satisfied with. Those two were also very calm and understanding, even though the manager at the agent store made an unfriendly phone call to Angel. So Thank you to the Johnson store I will be back!!
