Went in to get a new wiper blade as my driver side blade was not working properly. Bought a new one for $25 and realized I am useless and don't know how to install it due to clips and other odd pieces in the box. I parked in front of the auto center doors and ran in to ask if someone could quickly come out and change it for me. The guy at the desk wasn't very friendly and said they charge $5 per blade to replace. I thought that was odd as other tire establishments have plugged holes in my tires FOR FREE and this was just a quick 1 minute switch. I agreed and paid the $5 and one HOUR later they had it replaced.

There is an obese homosexual in the store, a pervert, who works there, or shows up to ask the customers "want to do something?", referring to of course his gay fantasies. This is a serious review - not a joke. Creepy store. Hey, enjoying that Michael Moore fork yet?

Awful experience. Was dropping my car off for an oil change and the staff was helping 2 customers. There were 3 guys there but one of the 3 was busy telling the staff what to do while the others stumbled through the computers. I waited in line for 15 minutes. After they finished with their customers, they finished up their paperwork but couldn't even muster a "be right with you". When i was being dealt with the man was incredibly blunt and unpleasant with me. Terrible customer service. I never even leave reviews at businesses but this experience led me to reactivating an old account just to post this..

Waited on the phone for 10-15 minutes then someone picks up and immediately ask me to hold and before I can even say anything puts me on hold. So I wait another 10-15 minutes and someone picks up the phone and immediately just hangs up. Awful customer service go somewhere else if you can.

All the staff must go to a special training school on how to avoid eye contact with a customers who may need help. They all walk around with their head down to achieve this situation. If they don’t like working there then leave, Management should have mystery shoppers to evaluate the staff and how helpful they are towards the customers!!
