I recently visited Walmart, and I was really impressed with my experience. The store is massive, well-organized, and easy to navigate, which makes shopping much more enjoyable. This is ridiculous at this point.Went shopping with my mom and sister so i was not alone and had them to vouch for me on this.When looking at gain laundry soap i seen that most were$20 but the moonlight breeze one was listed with the clearance tag$13 and that was the whole reason i got the moonlight one over the oxy clean one.I even asked my mom to double check the tag was 13 as i typed it into my calculator as i was adding up what i needed.We get to the till ans it rings up as$20 so i said sorry thats not right it said$13 so the lady calls for someone to go check.The guy comes up asks me if i had pic of the price.I said no i didnt think i had to so he went back was gone for over 10mins came back,shows me a video off all the other gains being$20 but totally missed the rows of moonlight not showing that price tag.I even pointed to the video where he stops and goes back the other way.I said no it was more over on this side,i pointed to the side i was talking about in his video.He says im wrong,that it was not marked at$13 so i said i know it was$13 cuz that was the reason i got the one i did and you can even ask my mom as she saw it too and i had her double check it when i typed it into my phone,i wouldn’t have picked it up if it said$20.The guy keeps saying no that im wrong and read it wrong.So i said fine i dont want it then this is not the first time ive had this happen.Last Christmas with my mom xmas shopping we seen either the monster high/rainbow high dolls on sale in those stack outs they have around the store and it said$19 so my mom grabbed 3.Get to till and it rings up at$69 so we told them the big red sign on the top of the stack out said$19 and after 15mins of waiting for them to check it they came back with a picture of a different price and said we must of saw the wrong sign. I wanna know when we started needing to take pictures of the price tags of the things we buy to prove the price they had listed. And notice how each time they asked if i had a picture of the price first then took forever to come back and either they dont show the right ones or they clearly changed the price and came back to say the customer is wrong and didnt read properly. And i noticed this only happens with other culture employees one time i had an issue with 2/4 books not ringing up as 2for5$ and the employee who helped with that gave me no issues fixed it right away they werent from another country. Id never shop at this store again but its the only Walmart in my town and i dont drive to be able to go to a different location as this location has been nothing but issues not only with me but with other people i know aswell. Im honestly livid right now not cuz i didnt get the soap but because of how the employees talk to the customers insisting the customer is wrong and not even letting me speak when trying to explain he missed the row i pulled it from isnt the saying the customer is always rightto a point yes i have retail experience 6 years of it its not the customers fault that the employees didnt change or fix their prices after a sale ends and to then change it when a customer points it out and still not give it to the customer at the price they saw it for. Like seriously Walmart do better or higher better employees. I dont care if i sound like a karen or racist in this cuz calling out rude behaviour of employees IS NOT RACISM JUST CUZ THEY ARE ANOTHER CULTURE. Its showing they do not follow protocol for the company they work for. Yes i know that if the customer finds it priced as a lower price and it rings up differently THE CUSTOMER GETS THE LOWER PRICE AS THAT IS WHAT WAS DISPLAYED TO THEM. And argues with the customer over it. Just cuz the employees change it back doesnt mean the customer is wrong and read it wrong no you as employees didnt want to admit it was wrong and explain to your store manager or head office why you gave a discount on an item cuz then it looks bad on them as employees for not keeping up with their price changes.nnWell done Walmart great employees you have with customers service.
Dear Walmart Customer Service,nnI visited your store today for groceries, and I would like to share some feedback. The cashier named Mona seemed quite rude and did not communicate politely with customers. I felt uncomfortable during the checkout experience.nnI believe she may benefit from some customer service training to improve how she interacts with shoppers.nnThank you for your attention to this matter.
I don’t even know what to say about this place. I have been to dozens and dozens of Walmarts. Spanning Las Vegas to Georgia to Ontario and I’ve never seen anything like this. I gave up on taking pictures. I would’ve expended my entire camera roll. Every employee was on the phone stepping over garbage. Every aisle was filthy and there was refrigerated food and frozen food laying around everywhere. I don’t know how this place is even allowed to remain open in the condition it is in. I realize it’s a Walmart and not a Whole Foods but good God 100% do not recommend and would never eat food from this location.
So my girlfriend and I went to this Walmart location to do some Christmas shopping. My girlfriend saw in a very poorly and messy display three James Bond 4K movies that she wanted to get for me. Due to their poor management skills we did not purchase the three James Bond 4K movies we had picked out. Walmart messed up on the prices and the labeling on the shelves. So everyone lost out. Very disappointing.
