Very cool service I think they mix water with their gas after using their gas my car start to misfire

I don't really know about the gas price because I used to live far away from that location. But I want to share a good service experience. Usually I go to Esso to fill the gas. As usual, that day I went to the Esso gas pump to fill air in one of my car tire and to fill the gas tank. My bad I did read the air pumping machin properly and I inserted a 1$. Then I recognized this machine needed $1.5. I went to the cashier with debit and credit card and requested him to give me back my loonie and charge me on card. Cashier said I can't help you o lay one person can do it , my manager. I request for the manager number and he said I can't. I requested him this is not about the dollar this is about the service. There will be some solution.. you can't charge customer for nothing. He take a five dollars bill and in very rough manner said keep this fibe dollar. I was really upset and went to the shell gas station. The cashier over there was nice. As she charge for a gum $1.60 through my visa and gave me money from cash register. I like her customer service and will not go to Esso anymore. If a customer short $1 , gas station will give hard time and I saw that kind of incidents.

WARNING! Horrible service, spent 50$ here and they won’t let you use their public washroom. Do not use this place, Esso next door let me use their washroom without spending money. Give them your business Instead.

Absolutely uncouth staff!!! I was filling up at the pump on a cold, windy morning. The attendant walked to the side of the car and dumped dust and rubbish into a bin next to the pump. The dust blew onto me and my car. His way of an apology was to smile like a monkey. I will never fill up at this pump again.
