She's FIT! Langley

The facility was dirty and the equipment was broken. There were a lot of random fees and then once I cancelled I was told I was all paid up and the front desk advised me I would have to pay for an additional month, which I was fine to do because I just wanted out of this cheap gym. Now over 1 year later(!) I receive a piece of mail saying that I've had an outstanding balance (never heard of this or was contacted AT ALL) then they have doubled the balance with interest fees and threatening to go to the collectors..... Once I contact accounts receivable to advise of this, the woman is super unhelpful and says that my payment didn't go through on my credit card (which has been on a consistent auto-pay for all of the months prior?). If that was the case, why wouldn't I be contacted earlier? This place really shows it's values by the MASS turnover with their staff and their employees. I wish I could give this 0 stars.

Lots of cardio equip. Clean and cheap. Could use more parking at peak times but short walk from mall. They need better weekend hours. Lots of people work everyday on the weekend and can't get to the gym. Over all a decent place to work out

This facility must be older. I found the equipment to be older and dated. Also the fountains and taps were too small and I couldn't fill up my water bottle, which was annoying. I am spoiled with other locations I guess. Not my favorite. I probably won't be back to this location.

The girls that work here are amazing, there so friendly & outgoing & go above & beyond to make ur experience here great.

Great gym. Newly renovated. It has everything I need. Tanning beds are fantastic and generally available. Staff is super friendly.
