Did this tour in July and it was amazing. It was my first brewery tour. Ted was just awesome he has great knowledge and is just a great guy. They have a lunch menu from which we bought pizza, it was a thin crust and was very delicious. This tour is worth every penny and we totally enjoyed our flights of beer. I would definitely recommend this tour.
Love the beer, food, and atmosphere. What else do you need?nnBest pizza I’ve had in years, the crust is ACTUALLY thin, it’s as thin as a roti which is the way I like it. An employee there was telling me they use beer in the dough making process which gives it an oomf factor.nnI tried their low carb beer which was a refreshing crisp lager. I will recommend the Salted Lime Cerveza as well.nnGreat place and very friendly service from all the staff.
I recently attended The Handmade House market held at your brewery. It was such a great experience. Sip and shop amazing local handmade creations. I was left with great holiday vibes. Items off my Christmas list and the best was delicious pizza and beer to take home. Such a great place!
UPDATE:nBack again finally! for that overdue Beer Pie. Although to be fair, I've had two visits with work colleagues in the interim...nCherry Lager continues to be a hit for me and the Studebaker pizza we shared is my current favorite.nnAugust 31, 2024nC & JnnORIGINAL REVIEW:nAfter a thirst-inducing hike up to Dundas Peak and back, my partner and I decided a trip to Shawn & Ed was in order to quench that thirst. This was our first trip there and a great first impression. Friendly and welcoming staff contribute greatly to that first impression. Had to have the Cherry Lager, of course, and my partner had the Ontario Pale Ale. We'll have to come back to try one or more of the Beer Pies.
Shawn and Ed Brewing Co. in Dundas is particularly renowned for its superb pizza and the exceptional classic lager, which is among the best. The ambiance is inviting and spacious, creating the perfect setting for our Rotary Club of Hamilton event. The evening was further enhanced by lively live music, contributing to an unforgettable experience.
