I just had my son’s party here and I highly recommend this venue. I can’t tell you who had more fun - the birthday boy and his friends, or the dads battling against each other playing basketball.nThe host, Isabella, was sweet and accommodating, the staff who booked the party for me was attentive and checked in to make sure that the party was flowing well, and another staff member was more accommodating than she needed to be to ensure all party guests had a great time playing Lazer tag. I just wish I took their names! We definitely will be back!
Owner is Amazing! So accommodating and the kids that work here are so hard working and very sweet/helpful.nCame in as a walk in party of 20 owner suggested to give us a party which I didn’t think was possible being as it was family day but she made it happen!!!!!nWe have been here before for another bday party and decided we would come back at some point as the kids loved it.nWe live downtown Toronto it was worth the drive for us and our party guest.nLaser tag arena is a great set up. Everyone had a blast!!!! And they are open late.nThank you so much!!!!
We had a birthday party here for our twins birthday last week. We had a wonderful experience. We had booked the party in person 3 weeks before and got our desired time and date. The day of the party the staff was very patient and accommodating. I must have called like 10 times with random questions and each time they happily helped me. Our party host was Gaby and she tried her best to accommodate our requests especially with some people coming a bit late. She was very personable and friendly. One of the main things which I enjoyed about hosting a party here is that you can bring in your own food. A lot of places want you to buy their food and with having dietary restrictions it was really nice to deal with a venue which did not restrict us. Overall great experience for hosting a party and good value for your money.nnOnly recommendation that I have for management is to get a proper fridge with freezer. We had an ice cream cake and they only have a fridge so that part was a bit difficult.
Haven't been here since I was a kid and now I'm bringing my kid! I had just as much fun as I did when I was kid and my daughter loved it too. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to have fun with the kids. The staff were also very helpful and kind!
Dont waste your money on the Arcade!!!nnWe attended a birthday party here for a my sons class mate the party was good as we brought an active for the group but we were late because of traffic. My son missed one game of Lazer tag but they let both myself and my husband go in with our son to make up for the miss game and since our son is 5 and never been to Lazer tag before. That being said there were 6 birthday parties going on at once and sometimes there were 2 or 3 group of people from different parties mixed up instead of having a special time for each kids party to have a private game. I felt like the party it self was rushing because you get the room for like 1 hour 45 mins. The child didn't even get to open his gifts before the next party was being rushed in to the room.nnAlso the arcade games are half broken out of order or the tickets get jamed and we had to call on staff literally every other game we tried. I feel so sorry for the staff here having to work with such frustrating equipment that is constantly braking ever 2 mins. FYI they are hiring and I wonder why.nnMy son got some tokens from his friends party but as we are 80 and 90s kids we still enjoy arcade games our selfs so we spend 20$ on 80 tokens. Half the games are over priced and cost 4 tokens for a single play per game. From our 20$ in tokens we manage to get 666 tickets. When we went to get prizes OMG, a koosh bracelet was 500 tickets. A 3$ dollar store paint by number was 1000 tickets. Dollar store note pads from Valentines day and Easter the package you would get for giving out to a class that come 12 in a pack for like $2.50 were 100 tickets each. Honestly your better off going to dave and buster's on there half price Wednesday. So the staff was great, the Lazer tag was good. The party was rushed, the arcade just save your money.
