We have had a wonderful experience visiting the first time at this Children indoor recreational facility. Kids love jumping on here. Not to mention, guardians also enjoy jumping with kids. The price seemed reasonable, you have an hour, two or more options to buy tickets. You may also organize your kids birthday celebration here. The staff working there were very nice and friendly. Most of them were teenagers. We spent quality time here and I would encourage parents to bring their kids here.
Awesome place, my son had an amazing 5th birthday party here. Pizza was pretty meh but worth the kids all enjoying bouncing around! I give it 4 stars as they had let our $100 ice cream cake melt but they did try their best to make up for it by giving us a discount on the party deal in the end. Would recommend!
We had our son's birthday at Flying Squirrel for the second year in a row, and it was fantastic! My son had an amazing time, and everyone felt great. Our host, Victoria, was incredible—she helped with the cake and kept us informed about when the pizza, cake, and other treats were being served. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and we'll definitely be back again. Highly recommend!
Pretty good place for kids to hang out and have bday parties. Party comes with two pizzas and a fruit platter, you would have to bring your own cake.nnMight be more dangerous for little ones as older kids are not always watching where they are going.nnI brought a bouquet but someone who works here opened everything and placed it in a water container. I took it home in my own water bottle in the end. Leaving people’s bouquet intact in the future would be greatly appreciated.
Very unprofessional establishment but it is always so busy. We do enjoy coming here but all the employees are teenagers and stay around the office waiting for their shift or talking to friends. No one is helpful or really tells the kids jumping to be careful of others. Washrooms are not clean as the chart says. They should have a capacity limit for busier times. I was charged when I signed in my nieces and nephews with a barcode already paid for. No name tags. How are we suppose to remember who cashed us out. Every boy has the same haircut. Please do better. We like coming here. ! I'd like to see st least one grown adult not teenagers running this places
