I have been eating lunch here at least 2 or 3 times per week for nearly 40 yrs. They do the important things well, including service and quality food. Menu changes do occur, but in my opinion they should make those changes a bit more frequently. Well known for the pies and cakes, but the real treat here is the breakfast menu.. coffee is always excellent

The restaurant was clean and food was good. A lot of the staff are unfriendly and smiles seem in short supply. I had a great server my last trip in, and unfortunately didn't get her name.

Wednesday morning (today, January 3rd) around 5:30am, I stopped at my local Shari's on my way home from work. The server working was great. I wish I had taken down his name (it has a "y" in the middle of about 5ish letters) Anyhow, he greeted me as soon as I walked in and was very polite... not just to me, but to every customer there. He has a great attitude and is easily one of the best servers I have had in a long time. It was obvious in observing him that he cares about his job and has a great work ethic. Even when he wasn't helping customers, he kept busy, cleaning and organizing, and doing the things you would expect an employee to do. In addition, whoever was cooking also did a great job. Probably the best food I've ever had at a Shari's. Your graveyard crew has got it going on. Keep up the good work!

Good service, A LOT of food for your mom like money, and staff were very friendly.

One of our favorite places to eat. Great service and food. And those pie milkshakes are a slice of Heaven.
