Not the best Shari's by far. Still the same great food I love and seat and environment are cozy. Staffing and attitude towards work would be a nice update.

The service is good and the food is okay. But sometimes it takes so long to get your food. We wanted forty-five minutes for our food which were appetizers.

Went to play a little vp and decided to order some food. I walked up to the register to to order, where I ended up standing for nine minutes with a menu in my hand (very obviously waiting to be helped), and was walked past three times by two different women (servers/waitresses). About six minutes into my wait two couples came in and stood behind me... Strangely, the waitress looked right past me at them, grabbed four menu's and asked them to follow her to a table after confirming that it was just the four of them. She seated them and debated about who sat where because of left and right handed issues, then finally came over to ask if I had been helped yet...??? REALLY????? I mean, was I misinformed about where the line started, or did I do something wrong?? Terrible!

It is what it is...dated old Family Restaurant... but I had a pretty decent salad there good staff.
