First time trying falooda, and it was an amazing experience. Very delicious and highly recommend! The owner and customers were super friendly, helping me and my friends decide what to order. Would come here again!
This tasted amazing!! The mango kulfi was really creamy and nice and I was surprised when the owner said it was made in-house without added sugar. The owner was also very kind and helpful and willing to answer any questions I had. So I’m definitely going back! Very worth it.
I very much echo all the positive reviews this place is receiving. They have an extensive menu of all sorts of delicious desserts at very affordable prices. I tried the chai, kulfi and gelato and it was all very delicious! The service was also fantastic, very kind and patient and friendly. Can't wait to go back to try falooda and other things on the menu.
We recently tried the Falooda at Shalimar, and it was an absolute delight! The mango, vanilla, and Kulfi flavors were all delicious and had an authentic taste. The service was excellent, and the prices were affordable, making the experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, we couldn't resist trying the Maggie Macaroni, which turned out to be outstanding! I highly recommend this place for a fantastic dining experience.
I absolutely love this place. Service is always great, courteous staff. Their mocktails and faloodas always on point. My favorite go-to spot in the summer and for late night cravings as they're open late. So glad they opened up a new location in Vancouver.
Simply the best ice cream with extremely cheap prices. I can't think of another shop that rivals the quality this place produces for the price. Not all flavors are made equal. Amazing cassata and mango ice cream. Their all products are homemade and great costumer service. Highly recommend this place to everyone
I was craving for midnight dessert and went and tried the rabri falooda. I enjoyed it. Aunty there was very sweet. Going back to try the rose falooda. Highly recommend it
Tried it for the first time today after seeing it under renovation for so long. Totally worth the wait! Ordered the mango falooda, absolutely delicious, strong mango flavour. The staff were super kind and gave my friend a free treat because she couldn’t decide on what to get. The falooda also looked really pretty but i got excited and started drinking it before i took a picture
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Shalimar Falooda. An authentic Indian/Pakistani Falooda shop. As a lover of Indian sweets, I was excited to try these traditional delicacies, and I must say that I was not disappointed. Let's start with the Falooda. It was a true delight for the senses. The perfect balance of rose-flavored syrup, silky vermicelli noodles, chilled milk, and a generous scoop of ice cream created a heavenly combination. The Falooda had just the right amount of sweetness, and the crunch of the dry fruits added a delightful texture. It was a refreshing treat, especially on a hot day. Next up, the Kulfi. Authentic Delights truly nailed this classic Indian frozen dessert. The Kulfi had a rich and creamy texture with a pronounced cardamom flavor. The pistachio garnish added a nice touch of crunch. It was a delightful indulgence that transported me back to the streets of India. The Chat Papdi was a burst of flavors in my mouth. The combination of tangy tamarind chutney, refreshing mint chutney, yogurt, and crispy papdi was a perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and spicy. The chaat masala sprinkled on top enhanced the overall taste. It was a true explosion of flavors and textures, leaving me craving for more. Moving on to the Ras Malai, it was a piece of heaven on a plate. The soft and spongy cottage cheese balls soaked in thick, sweetened milk infused with cardamom were melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The delicate saffron strands on top added a touch of elegance. Each bite was pure bliss, and the sweetness was just right. Finally, the Mitha Paan was a delightful way to end my meal. The betel leaf filled with a mixture of sweet and aromatic ingredients, such as fennel seeds, coconut, and rose petal preserves, was a flavor explosion. It served as a refreshing and palate-cleansing conclusion to the indulgent feast. Overall, I highly recommend Shalimar Falooda to anyone seeking an authentic and delectable experience with Indian /Pakistani desserts. Their Falooda, Kulfi, Chat Papdi, Ras Malai, and Mitha Paan are a true testament to the rich flavors and culinary heritage. It's a must-visit for dessert enthusiasts and those looking to savor the true taste of Indian/Pakistani sweets.
Tried their Kulfi falooda and Mango Lassi. Delicious test and good quality. Friendly staff member. Will visit again to try other verities of Falooda
