Mr Waffle Bubble Tea

owners were so nice! we just got tea earl grey boba and lemon ginger and both were amazing! The ginger had a strong kick and you could tell they use real tea leaves rather than tea bags for the earl grey. I want to come back to try the Donair!

Mr. Waffle Bubble Tea is a great neighborhood spot for snacks and drinks! First and foremost, the owner is really sweet, kind, and overall very pleasant and happy person! He gave off sweet and cool grandpa vibes. It was fun just chatting with him! Second, their bubble/milk teas are really inexpensive. It's $5.25 for a standard-sized milk tea definitely affordable!! All the better that it's a small neighborhood shop! They also serve donairs, salads, bubble waffles, platters, smoothies, and so much more. Ample seating. Seems like a good place to study double check with the owner first though I would think he's ok with it. Street parking only. Kid-friendliness: Really kind owner!!

My husband and I went there on a whim one night. We tried the soup, which was fantastic. We are new to Canada, so we are still unused to the big portions here. That chicken platter was good for two! Amazing and so beautiful and healthy! My husband, though he ordered the same, couldn’t keep his hands off my food for the duration of the thirty seconds he had to wait to get his portion served haha! It just looked that good! The taste didn’t disappoint at all. Manny, the owner, prepares even his own hot sauce because he cares so much about good ingredients and healthy food. The jasmine bubble tea was so fragrant, a dream! I always go for Earl Grey but this time I was so impressed with the jasmine! Great service, friendly owner and delicious food! We will be back for more!

I have been here several timed, but I'm only doing the review now. Very nice small spot. The owners are an older couple. I wish them more success!

Pearl green milk tea with pearls and coconut jelly, so delicious! Atmosphere is strangely home-like~

I eat here often and also take food home for the week. My favourites include the incredible homemade soup, filo spinach pies with cheese, the falafel, and the baklava. The service is always excellent and the food is always fresh.Food: 5/5

Bubble tea was underwhelming. The owner was really talking up his menu but unfortunately the product didn't meet the standard with all of the bubble tea competition out there these days. Didn't try the donair though! Maybe it'll be better. My sister wanted to order a bubble waffle but the machine was "out of service"

Best combination of treats from many cultures: very nice mom & pop owners. Easy to support this local, intriguing business while satisfying my inter-cultural family's tastes.

Fun little shop! Lots of interesting things on the menu, and their BBL T is quite good. Very friendly mom n pop shop. Next time I'll try their Halo Halo!

Very friendly owners and relatively inexpensive and good tasting bubble tea keep in mind that it's powdered though, if I'm not mistaken. Would like to go back and try some of their food items next time.
