"Mooch specializes in creating ALL BUTTERCREAM cakes. A minimum of 48 hours notice is needed for small orders subject to availability however we often book up months in advance. Megan creates edible works of art, and has been doing so since 2012. She attended the Culinary Institute of America for Baking & Pastry, and loves to work with each client to bring their cake dreams to life! Each cake is designed by Megan and handcrafted with care. All you need is an idea, and we’ll work with you to design a cake that is one of a kind."

Megan did a wonderful job on our cake, from the dreamy caramel flavor to the way she incorporated our rustic-themed wedding into an elegant cake. Our guests were raving! Through all the covid rescheduling, she was super accommodating and thoughtful, and we were so happy to work with her!
Megan made us a beautiful and delicious wedding cake. She was easy to communicate with and work with throughout the process. Everything went very smoothly with the delivery on the day. Would recommend!
It was so easy working with Megan, and our cake was exactly how we had envisioned it! We, and our guests thought the cake tasted amazing honey/lavender for a tier and raspberry/lemon on another. We HIGHLY recommend asking Megan to make your cake, she's a real pro!
ALRIGHT, LET’S TALK CAKE…. All I can say is if you haven’t booked Megan from Mooch for your 2022 wedding, you need to run and not walk before she gets all booked out. When I first met Megan, the world was a bit more normal than today. No one saw what was coming. But through it all she was one of the most supportive and understanding vendors I hired for my wedding. This woman is so hard working and puts her 100% into every single thing she does. From her cakes to marketing herself to writing you a personalized card on your wedding day. Not a single detail passes her by. Like I said, I met Megan pre-crazy world. So while I waited for the rules to allow for the biggest day of my life so far to happen, I ordered a few cakes from her. Not one of them disappointed. Halloween, check. Friend bday, scrumptious. When my wedding day arrived I had no doubt it would be just as delicious but what I WAS surprised by was by how she took on the challenge to make me my dream design and let me say it was no easy feat. I asked for 2 tiers, top tier was a vegan chocolate, including a vegan and gf buttercream, while the bottom was her regular chocolate recipe. The exterior had a rice paper design that made everyone do a double take. Got so many compliments that night both on flavor and look! I can’t wait to have it again on my anniversary next August
Megan did an amazing job with our wedding cake. She was responsive and easy to deal with throughout the whole process. She provided the florals for the cake and the finished product was exactly what we had hoped it would be. Megan delivered our cake to our venue and was on time and friendly. Her prices are fair and the cake was delicious as well!

She took the time to understand our vision and preferences, and offered suggestions and options that perfectly matched what we were looking for. Megan is wonderful to work with and the results speak for themselves. She was so accommodating while our guest list was changing due to covid. Our wedding took place at two different venues, and when the flowers were delivered to the church, Megan offered to pick up the flowers for the cake so they could set up the cake at the venue prior to guests arriving. The cake was beautiful and of course, delicious. Cannot recommend enough!
Megan is an incredibly talented baker who is as thoughtful as she is kind. My husband and I are so grateful Mooch by Megan was part of our big day. The cake she made for our elopement was more beautiful than anything we could have ever imagined. It was truly an edible work of art! And the flavour was equally as divine. We went with a lemon raspberry buttercream cake and left the design entirely up to her. She is so passionate about her work, and it shines through everything she does. We were blown away with how she matched our cake to the boho mood board I had sent my wedding planner. It was fantastic! The roses she added were even brushed with 24k edible gold paint! It was so dreamy. Megan is more than a baker. She is a confectionary artist who adds a touch of delicious magic to your special day. Thank you, Megan! You were the icing on the cake of our elopement!! Our celebration wouldn't have been the same without you.
Megan is so talented and a pleasure to work with. I found her on Instagram and was instantly captured by her beautiful cake designs. She is very responsive and takes time to understand your preferences. My wedding cake turned out exactly the way I envisioned and received many wonderful compliments from our guests. Everyone said "it looks so pretty and tastes great!". I was very pleased with her efforts.
