I always got friendly service here but they are not very detail oriented especially the front desk wont realize/ advice that you are missing documents. So in order to not waste time research online and prepare your documents properly and double check everything before coming here. Best times seems to be in the mornings, as there is no big line up then. Avoid last day of the month if you can because it gets super busy. keep in mind they close at 4pm and if you come around 3pm and they get too busy they may not even give you a number for that day.

Very nice staff.... and helpful if you ask. Even though their hands were tied they gave me another option and got resolved that afternoon. Thanks for your help in ensuring the government gets what they need from us.

I went there to get SIN. As soon as the Indian guy handed over the paper to me, he said “ GET OUT OF HERE.” I lost for words. I will call the head office to report it because this is not right.
