Great place to renew your passport, waited about 30 min and then Nikita was able to get everything done in an efficient and understandable way in about 15 min. Everyone was nice, It wasn’t uncomfortable or anything. Check the website first because there are a few things you can’t do at this location that you can do at the Victors St. Location.

I don't know anyone who enjoys going to government buildings but from the Commissionaires on Security duty to the Customer Service staff and bureaucrats that I've met here, I always felt respected and understood. If you have to visit the government, this is a good place to go.
