I had an amazing family doctor years ago and was so sad to hear that she was leaving. I didn’t think it’d be possible to get someone as good but I was wrong! Dr. Bala cared for me for about 3 years and she has been such a blessing. She was so caring and patient with me. I never felt rushed by her but I end up rushing myself because that’s how the other doctors have been with me. The front desk are helpful at times… depending who I get. Thankful they return phone calls for the most part!

I would highly recommend! I'm not sure what happened with those that have left negative reviews, but I have never really had issues with this clinic - and I'd been to MANY different ones before settling here.nnDr. Bala is one of the best doctors I've ever had my whole family sees her now. She truly listens to my issues, doesn't hesitate to send referrals or give off a dismissive attitude, and gives excellent and honest medical advice.nnI have also never had an issue with the staff. In my experience they have always been polite, friendly, helpful, and professional. In the 3 years I've been going here there was only ever 1 time they missed replying to my voicemail - and it was about a non-urgent inquiry during a seasonal peak, so very understandable. They also quickly responded to my follow-up call and apologized.nnLastly, though the wait times, depending on when you go, can be long 30-60 mins during peak hours - but half as much otherwise, they are still CONSIDERABLY less than many other clinics and for much better services. After all the clinics I've been to, I'd say there is a very good balance of through care and time management here.

Very friendly environment. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.My doctor Ozma Syeda is very Sweet, Helpful & Great Doctor. She always refered me to the best specialist whenever i need.I am very happy to havd her as my family doctor.

attended an appointment with Dr. Syeda for my 12-month-old baby’s vaccination. I was left waiting in the examination room for 35 minutes while Dr. Syeda was reportedly attending other patients. However, I could clearly hear and see her using her phone in another room and not attending to any patients.nnWhen I politely raised my concern about the long waiting time, she responded very rudely by saying, “if you don’t like it, then don’t come.” I found this comment highly unprofessional, especially as a mother managing a small child in a confined room while waiting.
