I had the pleasure of helping my neighbour move to Chartwell Guildwood. The people are very warm and friendly from the minute you enter the building. Kevin Paton the General Manager is always there to have a chat and will help you in any situation. Front desk receptionists Noor, Nicole & Lovely are always friendly and helpful. My neighbour had been living alone since his wife died and not eating and his health was declining. Now he is happy and well taken care of. The nursing staff are exceptional. Geraldine and Annie always keep me informed of his health status. Daisy was also amazing. Jessie always smiling.The personal support workers certainly make sure he is clean and well dressed. The housekeeper Maria always cleans his room and does his laundry with a smile. The food is good, the dining room is spotless and he enjoys the entertainment. I would highly recommend this retirement home to anyone as they are compassionate and care deeply about each person's well-being.
