What should have been a good pho experience did not well. Although the food tasted authentic enough and the broth was decent, the service was terrible and ruined the experience. When she brought the coffee over my girlfriend accidentally spilled some hot soup on herself. She just looked at us waiting to hand us the coffee, while she started cleaning off with table napkins, without any emotion whatsoever. When I requested that she bring a wet towel or damp napkin so we can wipe off, she responded that she had no wet towels, and dropped off the coffee. Then she walked away without any mind whatsoever. Mind you, it was a completely empty restaurant at this time there was no reason why she couldn't help us out. She clearly just didn't care about providing service at all.

This is my second time in this restaurant. Clean and nicely decorated Vietnamese Restaurant. Nice polite staffs with very good customer service. Foods were fresh and delicious. Must come again to try different dishes.

This little family operation is good.. consistently good. You always know it will be standard, not outstanding, life changing or revolutionary, but far from poor.

One of my favourite places for pho in St.Albert. Prices are a little higher than usual but honestly it’s St.Albert, plus I think the food is worth it. Staff are also good, they aren’t super talkative but they are always attentive.
