Neat place! Great service stopped by on my way up North. Love the patio will be sitting there next time. I like how they had they have individual rooms for bathrooms provides maximum privacy. Central Social Hall is by far my favourite restaurant in Edmonton! I love the vibe and atmosphere, the staff are very professional and welcoming, and the food is AMAZING! My fave meal on the planet is the Ronald burger and fries. I frequent this restaurant as a guest and also host a majority of my personal and corporate events here birthday parties, Christmas parties, fundraisers because I know our group will be in the best hands. Shoutout to the incredible leadership and management team, particularly Jesse and Vance, for always taking such great care of us when we're at Central!
Ordered the Cure gluten free* and the finger bowl not gluten free. *For the french fries we didn't ask of they had dedicated fryers With that being said the meals were delicious. The ginger chicken was beautifully presented. The cure is from the all day brunch and was served up rustic style.
It was an alright night. We started off with some craft beers. Mine Boogaloo was served in a luke warm glass and feeling not like a cold one. But whatever. Maybe first pour of the night. Got Our drinks. Thinking maybe are you ready to order. But no. Just drinks dropped off and another two passes before asking our order. Seemed a bit long. no problem. Ordered up some Perogies and sausage and a Hot cheddar bacon spinach dip. Spinach dip was nice and piping hot. I cannot Say the same for Perogies. I asked our waitress if anyone complains about the temperature of the Perogies she said “no oo I’m sorry. Let me check with the kitchen”. I thought she would come back with some sort of feedback as i wasn’t asking for anything to be done just a test on customer service when we all know we pay alot for things these days. So without any feedback i am sorry Brooke P. Maybe it was she was to scared to ask manager or anything about this. But i am sure any management would have come over to make it right some how. So with that fail in my eyes. I did not give a great tip. Sorry. I would gladly retip if there is feedback on this. But let’s see managements comments
Wish I remembered the bartenders names would give a huge shout out. The guys made us lots of real good and different shots which were amazing only had some wings but they were delicious and just cooked how they should be. Atmosphere was friendly place was clean and they have private bathrooms which were actually clean too! Great place Great staff Great food and service and prices are pretty decent ... it is a nice place.
We popped in for happy hour and a bite to eat. We were served by the twins. They did a great job. We really liked the menu options. The happy hour prices were good. I had the backyard burger and poutine. The burger was over cooked a little but I’m sure that’s not the way they normally serve them. Decent flavour and quality. Felt that it was priced appropriately. Fish tacos were perfect. We were satisfied customers and will return.
Absolutely outstanding service and food during our Chefs Table experience at Central. Can honestly say it was the best dining experience I have had in a very long time. Our server for the night, Mikhayla was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and treated us very well. Restaurant manager was exceedingly welcoming and made sure our experience was top notch. Food was excellent and I can honestly say I loved every dish and the signature cocktail. Thank you Central Social Hall Team!
I had the "Great Nate" burger. It was a special custom made burger by the chef and it was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! Very fresh with a lovely flavor combination! By far one of the best burgers I have ever had in my entire life! It's a limited time item but it definitely needs to become a regular menu item
Staff is great. If you want to go there for a drink then i would highly recommend. If you plan on eating anything I would probably avoid. Food was a bit on the pricey end and was thoroughly unenjoyable. i had fish and chips and to be honest it was probably the worst fish and chips i have ever eaten at a restaurant. I get it, ordering fish and chips in Alberta might be dumb. But, if you don't know how to make crisp flaky fish and chips then don't put it on the menu. Fish was soggy and very battery and not worth 5 dollars let alone the 20 bucks i was charged. Anyways, beer was great, servers were great, atmosphere was great. Food was very not great. Parking: lots of parking
It was good. I need to go back a few more times to give a proper evaluation. First impressions were nothing crazy but we definitely enjoyed our time there. Menu and drinks were great. Staff stood around alot. Not something you want to see as an owner. Just a hint people, always look like you are busy...even if you are not.Food: 4/5
