The Chopped Leaf

We normally go to Freshii which is just down the street. Thought we'd give Chopped leaf a try. Ordered a No.1 bowl with the avocado substituted out for salmon. Chris decided to charge for both the avocado and the salmon even though I wasn't getting any avocado. Only after having to argue with Chris that it's not right to charge for something your not getting, especially when they have a 'Design your own' menu that he removed the $2 cost of the avocado (with the warning that this was the only time he was doing this). Easy way to lose a customer. Will continue to go to Freshii that doesn't need to charge customers for things they aren't getting in order to make money.

I wasn't impressed with the quality or price of the food here. I understand they are marketing as a healthy alternative but it was only slightly cheaper than a steak house.

I used to love coming to this place. I came on sunday and there was barely anyone working, store was messy, service was slow. Gave a second chance and went back today and the same thing was happening. Get your stuff together, its worth driving to the mayfield common location than this garbage.

I have loved this place very fast orders. Staff is always friendly yet today i watched a (presumably new) staff member wrap my wrap without a glove on and her shirt full of dog hair. Disappointed in my visit today especially based on previous experiences at this location...
