Pizza Hut

We went at around 6:00 PM on a Sunday and the restaurant was completely empty except for us. You’d think that we’d get pretty decent service considering we were the only ones. Wrong! No one greeted us at the front. Someone in the kitchen yelled at us to seat ourselves and someone would be there to help us. The server finally came over and asked us if we wanted to start with drinks. I asked what kinds of beer they had and the server said that they only had Heineken and Alexander Keith’s because they needed to put in a beer order. When we received our drinks, we put in an order for bread sticks and told the server to give us a few minutes to decide on the main. She never came back to take our food order until she brought out our bread sticks. The rest of the night was mediocre as well. We had to get our own cutlery from other empty tables because the server never really showed her face more than absolutely necessary. And the pizza was extremely greasy as well. The plates also need to be replaced as they are very well used with black stains from far too many uses. When it came time to leave, no one came to help us so I had to go to the kitchen to tell them I wanted to leave. The server came only after that to settle things up. It’s too bad because I really like Pizza Hut but I guess I’ll have to get my fix through Pizza Hut delivery.

Awkward employees and empty tone made for an unimpressive night. Me and a friend were curious about their stuffed cheesy crust pizza, so we went in around 10 PM on a Saturday. When we placed our order, we asked the cashier where we should wait. He stated: "You can wait here, inside the restaurant, outside" in the most bland boring tone ever. It was snowing out, very bad joke, only adding to the depressing night. We received our Large Stuffed crust pizza in roughly 10 minutes, a fair speed for a made to order pizza. It was thin, but with lots of sauce and pepperoni, I found it to be a bit too salty, and the corners of my mouth got dry after eating. When we finished our pizza, our server/cashier and probably cook asked us "Was it good?". This was the most awkward question ever asked, and made for the overall experience to be ruined. It SHOULD be good. The employee shouldn't have to ask if product is fit for consumption, I'm not eating here again, the staff made this very uncomfortable and this is the reason why I'm not coming back.

Great place on slow night but do not go on peak times, staff cannot handle the rush between pickup/delivery orders, and dine in orders 2hrs total time from sit down to leaving with bill paid. Orders were mixed up sides were double charged as well as completely missed. Maybe just new staff but they shouldn't be working on a Friday night if they can't handle the rush.

I would not recommend this location. Only had one teenager working during the lunch rush. Also there were only 2 pizzas to choose from and not dessert. The cutlery was dirty same with the cups. Forgot our drink orders. Never offered a discount.
