Right from the start the service was bad, we have 3 kids so of course ordered 3 kid's meals but the server only put 1 through and even after correcting his mistake and ordering the other 2 meals they brought the 1st kid's meal by itself which went very well with hungry toddlers. We ordered wings for our appetizer and wanted half mild for the kids and half spicy for us but the whole plate was spicy wings. Eventually I was offered a refill for my pop... which never came. It doesn't even get better from there, the mains were not even worth the wait, especially the very bland and overcooked / dry steak bites. Maybe they don't know steak bites are made out of steak and not just the scraps no one wants. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't have kids and like leftover looking food.

Came in at 6:30pm on a Saturday evening in September, waited 30 minutes for a table for 2 adults and 5 children. Seated at 7:00pm and had drinks delivered and we ordered our food at 7:15pm. Food arrived at 8:00pm and we were finished and paying by 8:30pm. Food was good and the staff was great, but never will I come here between 5:30pm and 7:30pm on weekends. Expect to be here for about 2 hours during dinner hours

Had ribs that were great. I ordered them with a honey garlic sauce, but was surprised that it was an actual honey garlic sauce and not a honey garlic flavoured barbecue sauce, since I thought the choices were all bbq sauces. But it was still ok.

Free kids meals on Tuesdays is a good deal. Food is fairly good.
