XIX Nineteen

Great food with a lot of interesting options, it's hard to pick just one. So I picked 3 things. Food was great. Portions were perfect. Service was stellar. The drinks weren't that great with the glass mostly full of ice and a tiny bit of alcohol....and for the price, I'd go somewhere else for drinks, but definitely recommend the food here. And dessert!

I really love this restaurant. I would consider it Fine Dining, but they are so good with groups and families (and kids) it also has a family restaurant feel. Completely unpretentious, great service and nice atmosphere. The menu is not huge which is a good thing- quality over quantity. I just came back here for a birthday dinner, with parents, spouse and toddler. We were able to get in with only 2 hours notice. The service was excellent. We ordered a bit of everything but the Lamb Shank really stood out for me. My daughter ate a lot too which is rare- it was nice to see a kids menu that was “fancy” but also appealing to kids! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys quality food, or wants to wine & dine. I prefer XIX to Joeys/Keg/Earls/Ruth’s Chris/like.

I had a wonderful dining experience here this evening from start to finish and received exceptional service throughout. Even though I went in without a reservation, which is never ideal, they had one table in the dining room that was not reserved and offered it to me and my date. Treated very respectfully by our server who was extremely charismatic, and enjoyed some other humour with a gentleman who was working. The food was top notch and both the appetizer and entree were an experience on their own. The salmon was cooked to perfection; the cocktails were wonderful and perfectly mixed to create a drink that is actually worth the $13 (2 Oz), expecially given that it is above industry standard.

Very romantic, warm and inviting. Very friendly staff. Had the manager as a waitress and she was social and attentive. Food was delicious, alcohol was pricey but good. We went for lunch, so it was slow and they let us stay for an hour after our meal ended without asking multiple times if we wanted more and was always just a call or wave away. Would recommend and go back!

Sleek, modern decor. Fantastic service. We found the food to be great, but the place almost seemed like it was trying too hard. We've had better food for less, won't go again but would recommend their fab cocktails
