Super friendly, funny, knowledgeable staff 😄 I opened a account for my 18yr old at this branch cause her work in nearby even though I'm with TD and I was so impressed with their service here I just might switch 😉

This branch has made the same mistake both times I've been to it since moving near it. Apparently a Line of Credit and a Credit card are the same thing to these people. Maybe it's my fault for not liking digital banking. I guess anytime I need to do some personal banking, I'll go to Brentwood town center or to the branch on 1st Ave in Vancouver, both of which aren't in walking distance and generally or off the way by car.

The staff and level of service at this branch of Scotiabank are amazing!!!! Helpful, personable and knowledgeable. Love this bank !!
