Today I came in just to get change for my store. I waited 20 mins as the second person in line then another 10 as the first person in line. They had 4 open tellers with a manager on who had to keep helping the other tellers while she helped other account holders at her own wicket. I usually do not go into this location because it takes so long but I have no other choice.

Terrible. Can not believe the terrible service. One day they say no problem but it is Saturday so we can not do it. Come back during the week. So I do and sorry we can not do that. Big banks take fees and give crap service

The hours posted ARE NOT ACCURATE. Their ACTUAL hours are 9-5 for Monday to Thursday 9-6 for Friday and 9-4:30 for Saturday. I hope this prevents anyone else from having their plans screwed up like mine were.
