How can a major bank be run like this? The staff have no clue what they are doing. The manager Robert Lowlife is high on Ambien and can't get a sentence out with out zoning out. Major changes needed, had to change branch just to avoid these people. CIBC WAKE UP!!!

worst branch and bank ever very poor costumer service , this is my first experience with CIBC bank and I had a problem with them freezing my account just because an extra w in one of my IDs , the manger Mr Robert knows that iam the same person after I gave him all the proves and he still cannot do anything I advice everybody not to go there

Very good service. I had to wait for a long time for a transaction but the transaction fee was waived to make up for the wait.
