We have had our Accounts ( 3+ 2 kids accounts)with TD since 1998. Tonight going in to this branch I was so close to Closing ALL of our Accounts!! Actually Whenever My Husband And/or I go to This Branch we always have a Hassle With Any Teller We Deal With!! ONLY THIS BRANCH!! EVERY OTHER TD BANK WE HAVE DEALT WITH ACROSS BRITISH COLUMBIA HAS BEEN ALWAYS SUPER HELPFUL. AND WE TRAVEL AROUND BC throughout the year! From this point on NEVER GOING To This UnHelpful Branch Again!! If I could rate Zero Stars for this branch, I Would!!

At this branch they NEVER pick up the phone when you call. They just let it go into voicemail. Well, I don't call because I'm bored, I call when I have business and returning my voicemail "by the end of business day" is not acceptable. In the meantime, another branch two blocks down the road (Hanin Village) pick up every time! While this one has a better location I am slowly transferring my business away from here.

I just need to leave a comment about this wonderful lady who helped me yesterday (March 21 around 5:30pm). She was the nicest bank teller/staff I have ever met in my ENTIRE life. I can see she was just loving her job, and just spreading happiness to every single customer. She was so friendly and welcoming!!! I was pretty tired after work but she brightened me.... I had to go somewhere right away so I didn't get to ask her name but she was white and maybe in her early 40's...anyways, thank you for being...ray of sunshine! I'm going to try to go to this branch as much as possible.

In the Hanin Mall parking lot. Very friendly staff.ATM on site.
