BMO Bank of Montreal

Terrible customer service by one of their financial advisors. Chris Lee showed no interests to my questions and gave me false information claiming that BMO DOES NOT have home equity loan service. Are you kidding me? Know your job title and be professional that's all the suggestions I can give you! I will never deal with BMO as they apparently DONT give a damn about the professionalism of their employees! Two thumbs down!

Terrible customer service. Didn't make my visit any convenient and the teller named Adrienna refused to look into my account when I informed her that I have not had my bank card with me because I have lost my wallet. I had a piece of Id with me but no photo. I understand there's protocol to follow, but after I offered to give her my information and begged her to pull my account out.. she then started asking me questions which led me believe she was able to verified my personal info and proceed with my transaction request. After all the verificstions, she then told me that she cannot help me with anything because I had no photo ID. I showed her my Mobile banking which I was able to log in with my finger prints and still no. She turned me away with big attitude and not to mention I was waiting in line for 20 mins. I hate going in this branch, it reminds me how much I don't like to bank with Bank of Montreal!
