I used to have a business account here and found that the small business advisors were very helpful. The front counter staff is a whole different story. Arrogant, unhelpful and obviously not concerned with keeping business. Taking my business to another bank (not branch- but bank). Suggest training staff so that they understand Canadian culture--provide good service or I take my business across the road to your competitor.

Went there for opening an account and the ladies sitting there was so relaxed that they didn't even want to assist anyone. It was Easter Weekend but seriously if you are open then DO YOUR JOB - Went to Terra Losa Scotia Bank and they helped me in no seconds. Will never be back at this place.

Scotiabank is an absolute joke. Even when you go to teller to deposit a check they are saying it's on hold? What a shitty company. Changed over to them a month ago but won't be staying past this month.
