RBC Royal Bank

The staff are working here are not responsible and professional for what they are doing. My credit card has expired because of their mistake when I had applied for it. I came to the branch 4 times and I called several times to resolve my issue and send the new card, but I am still waiting for it!!!

The slowest staffs gather together! You should call them 100 times for reminding !

The ATMs work fine. The staff person I dealt with ignored what I said and did something else. 10 minutes later she asked me what I wanted and said "Oh, we can't do that". It would have been fine to start with that, but after everything else it was just a huge waste of time.

Well, most of the people in this branch are amateurs and they have no idea what they are doing! It takes them much longer to do straightforward tasks. Try other branches and avoid headaches by dealing with these people!
