U.S. Bank Branch

Manager is extremely unprofessional .. talks bad and lack of understanding to the whole banking industry, staff are below average when it comes to customer service. Went to cash a check from my client they had me come around instead of drive thru, had to take my finger print, and charged $7 since I'm not a client and when I asked for any receipt or any thing that proves this is a bank and asked me to leave just like this .. and called my client saying I was unprofessional because I'm questioning rather than taking my money and leave !!! I've been managing funds and businesses portfolios for over 15 years never seen this in my life. A simple suggestion rather than being a frustrated manager, suggest an electronic finger scanner, if you want to charge on non clients, may be waive the first check and give the potential client some brochures and a little bit of info on the bank, rather than asking them to leave.

The customer service at this bank is always outstanding. The women who opens accounts is very professional and helpful. She even fixed my account when the home office customer service messed it up. I just wish US Bank would send her some help. She's the only one there opening accounts and doing home loans.

I hate this bank, my account went to negative right away I put $20.00 to cover that but still they started charging overdraft fee. not one time but 4 times over draft plus maintenance fee and also extended over draft fee till I went to branch and talked to them they made me deposit so I can cover all those charges but we will waive the fees but they didn't waived anything after that they didn't answer my call for some days and than they said sorry we can't waive. I am going to close my account with them.
