receptionist is really rude non co-operative,always shows her attitude towards patients even when you call, when in problem she never helps regarding appointments even doctor says. she behaves like she is the boss, no manners at all, they should replace her for sure or else they will lose more and more patients. may be only reason they are getting patients b'coz of location or else not worth it please choose to go some where else.

Don't know why they have a front desk customer service if they service skills at all. Not expecting a smile everytime you service someone atleast try not to be rude. Like if you don't like the job just quit don't make it hard on us. Also you have to wait 30 mins on top of a scheduled booked appointment.

Staff is so rude and racist at Markham rd location but still I prefer to go there because of Doctor. I have also sent an email about rude and racial behaviour by their staff.

The receptionist at the front desk is extremely rude and lies and does not consult with doctors as requested or to have the doctor call you back as requested they also make me wait eight weeks for an appointment and I am a person with critical condition on my body and had to go through surgery with a 50-50 chance of surviving and that she started giggling like I was a lying well I was not I got 16 bolts and not from my back skull to my shoulder and 2x12 inch rods on each side of my spinal cord it's not very funny they should be 👩‍🚒 fired !instead I was given a letter that I was no longer a patient there because I complained more than once about those receptionist and had to find a new doctor thank God I did and he's extremely caring about my needs as a medical team

I don't understand why they haven't been fired yet. They very rude and don't have patience.
