Wanted to share my review of Wellness. 1 - some staff courteous 2 - deceitful 3 - not a clean place, deteriorating location 4- they reuse equipment 5 - not a Place I would recommend to anyone or return for any treatment.
I went here 4 times a week in 2 months! The time when I needed to find a place to get proper treatment and not worry about paying. It was stressful! Every place I look into was a bit pricey and at that point, I lost hope. Until a friend of mine suggested I go here! It took 9 sessions 45 bucks each in 2 months I’ve fully recovered and was happy that these people who work here even when we were in pandemic was able to help me comfortably!!! Kudos to everyone who works here. Please keep up the good work… thank you
Warm human quality service high level respect for patients. The staff are very friendly and with good knowledge of treatment. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friends and family. Overall wonderful experience.

One of the best physiotherapist centre in Scarborough. The staff members are very adjustable and all kinds of problems are listened very carefully and use different methods of treatment accorded to patient comfort label.

All I have to say is... When ýou are given an appointed tme that is agreed upon, the ŕeception staff should stick to it! My husband came all the way from the West end from work, to come all the way to the East end for his appointment; he was a couple minutes late - 8 minutes late because of traffic. They didn't call to ask if they would still be expecting him for his appointment...they canceled his appointment. That was unprofessional. It is a great practice for business, but it needs to have more customer service towards it clients.
