Doctor is very polite and very good, receptionist is ok, too much wait time, no appointment system, no any apps to book ahead, they don't take phone call to confirm appointment or send prescription by emails like other clinics are offering now day. They shut the door 2 hours before closing and never allow anyone to go in. Which is quite wired.

I wait long when I visited however my concerns were addressed. This is a walk in clinic be prepared to wait. They will tell you the wait times so you don't need to sit around if you have errands to do. Be sure to come back when you're supposed to come back. If you have test done here that you need I suggest making the trip back to the clinic. They have never answered a call from me and as others have stated they don't reply to emails. It's your health make the trip to inquire about your results and be prepared to wait. Small inconvenience for your health

This Dr. is an extremely dedicated man who doesn’t stop working. He’s super valuable to the Scarborough community. He’s seen my family numerous times solving us multiple health concerns.

I think a lot of people don't understand that Dr. Vakilha is singlehandedly supporting thousands of people in the area. Him and his staff deserve a lot of credit and recognition for what they have done for the people in Scarborough. He is always kind and helpful when I see him. The reason for the long wait times is because there are so many people in need of medical care and there's only so much that one person can do. The receptionists are also really kind and it's unfortunate that they have to deal with a lot of disrespect from others.

The doctor here is fantastic. The wait times are long because the doctor here is fantastic. If you're not prepared to wait at a walk-in clinic, don't go stop complaining about the wait times.
