It's been a while since I've been to this clinic.nnWhat made me visit after so long was finding out they now have an on-site blood lab.nnThey've renovated the place which now seems cleaner.nnFirst contact was the receptionist, she was curtious as I called the day before to ask questions. Showed up today to be seen, the receptionist was very pleasant, warm and kind.nnThe Doctor that I saw, I gave him a list to let him know what my visit was about. He took his time to educate me on certain things, I didn't feel rushed. He's very kind and thoughtful.nnThe lady working in the blood lab was kind, and answered a few questions that I had. I have tricky veins that are hard to find, and she was able to find my vein with no issue at all.nnOverall, my visit from the time that I walked into this clinic, to the time that I left, was a very pleasant one.nnIf you're looking for a walk-in clinic that's clean, well maintained, organized and professional, I'd recommend this location.

Dr. Vakilha is a legend. The sheer volume of patients he sees is astonishing and he cares for each of them with patience, thoroughness and respect. He has helped me over the years and never fails to be what a perfect doctor should be. It's also clear that he troubleshoots each and every problem with vast experience and knowledge.

The worst clinic I have ever been too. It took me a week to get my blood test back and 5 out of the 7 days I was calling and never got any answer. and when they did answer she was unprofessional and hung up the phone on me....and it was for something urgent. NEVER! GOING! BACK!!

Dr is great, wait time is not too great but you can come back to the clinic, needs better seating area. I feel that the dr may be burnt out from all the patients as he is super quick with his appointments. It would be better if there was more than one doctor at this clinic.

The doctor was friendly but unprofessional. Prescribed me antibiotics without even looking at me. Listened to my lungs with his stethoscope while I was wearing my thick winter jacket. You cannot hear a patients lungs properly when they are wearing a jacket.
