Walked in to his "walk in clinic" they made me make an appointment, then called me last minute to cancel the appointment.

I have never meet or even hear of a more rude, ignorant and disrespectful individual in my life. He is not worthy to have this Dr. designation. I arrived at his clinic for the first time as a walk in patient complaining of flue like symptoms. I was advised it will be about 25 minutes wait by the receptionist. I accepted and waited... He saw the couple that were waiting ahead of me and after they left he conversed briefly with his receptionist and turned to me and spoke very RUDELY, DISRESPECTFULL AND CONDESENDINGLY, yelling " YOU, I HAVE NO TIME TO SEE YOU TODAY I AM VERY BUSY AND NOT TAKING ANY WALK IN PATIENTS, GO TO A HOSPITAL OR ANOTHER CLINIC" all of that while pointing at me with his finger. I was shocked of his attitude, I would certainly understand if he spoke more politely weather he was busy or not, although there was no one else in the office, but it is his attitude and disrespect where the problem exists. He never apologized for the time I was waiting and he was yelling at me. I answered, now you tell me, He replied "don't yell at me yell at her", referring to his receptionist. I answered you are her employer and you are very rude and disrespectful I will complain about this. Hi reply was "complain to the minister, I don't care". All of that happened after they ran my health card in their system. I have no way to prove it but the ministry certainly has ways to find out. I have dealt with people my whole career in customer service but I have never met someone so rude and disrespectful. By the way his receptionist is not so pleasant person either, I could hear how rudely she was speaking with people in the office and over the phone. This is the worst dr. office you can ever consider going to.
