Bal Dental Centre

Highly recommend Dr. Bal! After YEARS of not seeing a dentist due to a past traumatic event when I was younger with another dentist, I had an emergency situation and I gave Dr. Bal's office a call. The service you receive from the staff is amazing. They are all so friendly and understanding. Let me tell you, I'm PETRIFIED of the dentist and needles, and Dr. Bal and his staff have gone beyond and above to help comfort and relax me during my visit. I was so nervous about everything and it was really nothing to be worried about! I had to get an extraction done and Dr. Bal had me laughing throughout the whole procedure. Didn't even know the tooth was out until he said he was done! I also had some cleaning done by their awesome hygienist Monica who is so thorough and gentle. Thank you again, Dr. Bal. Finally found a dentist I can trust!

Exceptional from start to finish. The facility offers cutting edge technology and attentive yet efficient staff. Ruby at the front desk is courteous and thorough, while Debbie is the first hygienist I've had in decades to provide a pain-free yet meticulous exam/cleaning. Dr. Bal is prodigiously knowledgeable and, while other dentists would have rushed me out the door due to the late hour, took the time to explain things to me in plain language (and with every day examples). The centre performs direct billing, so that patients are only responsible for the amount not covered by insurance. I wish I had become a patient sooner!

Great experience. I've had a lot of dental work done here. The staff here is very friendly and Ruby actually remembers your name and genuinely cares about you. Doctor Bal is a very good dentist in my humble opinion and has a great personality. They recently renovated the place and it looks grand.

I have always been petrified of the dentist and I haven't been in 15 to 20 years. I went in because one of my wisdom teeth broke so I didn't have much choice. I waited until it was well over due to be pulled out. I did pay extra for the nitrous because I definitely wasn't going in there with nothing and I was shocked that I did not feel anything! No pain what so ever! If u are scared of the dentist I would highly recommend Bal Dental Centre! :)

First time here and my experience was great! The front desk staff are wonderful at following up and Dr. Bal is the best. Quite humorous but gets the job done while making you feel very comfortable. 😁 Thanks Bal Dental!
