What a Hidden Gem with Heart and Heat! The beef tenderloin was the clear standout: perfectly seared, buttery tender, and paired with sides that actually held their own. And the bolognese? A warm hug in pasta form—deep, rich, and unapologetically classic.nnThe service was seamless, and everything hit the table with confidence.nnSarpa offers a sophisticated take on Italian cuisine, blending traditional flavors with contemporary flair. It doesn’t just serve Italian food—it respects it, elevates it, and makes you feel like you’re somewhere special.
I had company’s Christmas dinner there. It is a very good banquet place. Talking about the food, the appetizers were fantastic with lamb chops to share and I ordered shrimp myself. Both taste delicious. There was an Italian pasta plate came before the main dish. It taste good but a little bit filling for me. So I didn’t have room to finish my main dish. The bar tender Mathew made his special fruity drink for me, since I requested no liquor drink. Very good taste too.
Had a lovely early Valentine's Day dinner at Sarpa. Given the occasion, I made sure to make a reservation early and everything was no problem. There was ample parking available and I'm glad I made a reservation early as it was quite packed for a Thursday night.nnWe had been here once before and knew what we wanted - we started off with the Polenta Fries, which were a pleasant mix of sweet and crispiness. We had the Grilled Shrimp - with the sauce and tomatoes, it was very hearty. We also had the Mushroom Arancini - it was creamy on the inside and mixed well with the fried texture of the ball. For the mains, we ordered the Sausage and Rapini Pizza and the Potato Gnocchi - this was the highlight of the meal. Slightly crispy on the outside soft and chewy when you bite into it and creamy with the sauce, it was heavenly.nnFor dessert, we ordered the Raspberry Sorbet and Tiramisu. We were pleasantly surprised by the portion size - there were 4 scoops of the sorbet, which was just the right amount of sour that my wife likes, and the tiramisu was velvety.nnThis spot was great and is definitely a spot to sit back and have a nice meal!
Had a great first visit to Sarpa Trattoria! The place has a cozy and friendly vibe. Reza was super nice and helped us choose the perfect dishes — we had the flat iron steak and gnocchi, and both were fresh and delicious. Great service and great food. We’ll definitely be back soon!
Sarpa is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was beyond exceptional. A special thanks to Sina, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. Now, let me talk about the Caesar salad—because this isn’t just any Caesar salad. I’ve worked in and experienced countless restaurants, and I’ve tried Caesar salads in over 200 different places, but this one? Hands down, the best in the world! The reason? Everything is made from scratch, and you can truly taste the difference. The freshness, the perfect balance of flavors, and the attention to detail make it absolutely unbeatable. Sarpa Trattoria has set a new standard, and I’ll definitely, definitely be coming back. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out on something special!nnPerfetto.
