Great customer service is very rare, this restaurant has gone above and beyond their customer service to their customers. Not to mention, the food is great. Everything that I've ordered exceeds my expectations. The food will never disappoint. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

BANNED BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT THE WAITRESS TO CUT OFF THE BURNT PARTS OF MY BURRITO!!!!! Horrible experience. I went to Mexican Amigos with two of my friends. My friend and I ordered a chicken burrito to share and when it came it was cold. We called the waitress over and instead of offering to make us a new one, she said she would "heat it up". We told her we would like a new one because we put sour cream and chipotle sauce on it and it would be soggy. After some time had passed and our other friend finished her meal, we tried to get the waitresses attention (three times) as we did not understand why it was taking so long. Instead of walking over to our table she would go back to the kitchen to check on our food. She finally brought the burrito which was extremely burnt and had some sort of orange sauce melted on it. We told her that the burrito was clearly burnt and it looked like our original one just heated up in the oven. She offered to cut off the burnt pieces for us instead of bringing us a new one and said read the menu the orange sauce is salsa. We simply said we do not want it anymore. She grabbed the plate and threw it down in the waitress station behind our table. She told me I was banned from the restaurant and that she was kicking me out. I recorded her saying that I was banned and told her she is not allowed to as she is not the owner and I did nothing wrong besides tell her that I didn't want her to cut the burnt part of my burrito off. She then pulled out her cell phone and tried to take a picture of me. I turned my head and she reached around and tried to take another picture which I blocked. She then said she would walk us out, held the door opened for us and kept telling me I was banned from HER restaurant. It was the most embarrassing experience, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She refused to give me her name and when I asked for the manager, she said she was the manager.

The best Mexican restaurant in town! I love this place as I'm a big fan of "Tex" Mexican cuisine. Cosy atmosphere, and the live guitar music is surely a plus. Highly recommended

This restaurant is one of the best Mexican restaurants in the GTA in terms of food, not in terms of service though. Huge portions, lovely flavor. The service however, is lower than fair. I was ignored by the greeters while they were both on the phone watching videos. Food took a long time to come and took waiter 25 minutes to ask us what do we want to eat. Good food, but not very good service.

The worst most uncomfortable experience I've had here. Walked in with a friend on Sunday. The brunette bartender ignored us, overheard her complaining to a client at the bar about her bad hours. We were friendly when we got her attention, asked for our drinks and while asking her for a menu she walked away. She finally dropped one in front of us like she was doing us a favour. We made small talk and she walked away. When the food came(from another server) we had no cutlery. We asked her while she was on the cash at the bar for cutlery, she ignored us. We were ready to take a cab and spend plenty on drinks but decided to leave. We asked for the bill, got dropped at us like she's doing us a favour. Paid the bill and left a good tip, no thank you or nothing. This woman should not be working in an establishment where she has to deal with people. Miserable, rude and unpleasant. I've been there many times and the owner makes small talk with my friend who was with me. Usually a good experience, but sorry... no excuse. We are at St. Louis now because we couldn't sit another minute. It's an honest review, sorry
