Thai Basil

My husband and I love coming here for lunch or dinner on date day/night as the atmosphere is always so tranquil! We are vegetarian and love all of the vegetables appetizers soups & rolls and main dishes curry, rice, or noodles!! The food is a bit on the pricier side but it's very fresh and presented in an aesthetically pleasing arrangement so it's worth it! The servers here are so friendly and helpful that we always feel comfortable and well served!! I would highly recommend Thai Basil in Richmond Hill for a quiet and delicious Thai meal!!!

Food here was flavourful and enjoyable. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is moody and comfortable. Service was fantastic and they catered to us very well. They had tons of lunch specials that were the perfect portions! A lot came with it too!nnSpring rolls were great and the soups were tasty. The eggplant dish was surprisingly scrumptious.nnStaff was very nice and observant

Hands down the best Thai restaurant in town! The flavors are bold, authentic, and perfectly balanced. Every dish is made fresh and beautifully presented. The staff is friendly and the service is top-notch. Whether it’s the Pad Thai, Green Curry, or Mango Salad – everything is consistently amazing. A must-visit for Thai food lovers!

It was a surprise for me because it looks fancy as a whole but pricing is pretty affordable. There is great attention to detail in the decor which reflects thai culture. The service is amazing and food is pretty authentic.nnThis restaurant is located in a busy plaza on Major Mackenzie and it was also very crowded the times I went. I always had ginger tea which isn’t free btw But it’s okay because everything else was worth it. Loved!

First off, let me say I like their vibes, food quality & service.nI actually went to their restaurant several times, but the last time was a little bit strange in the way we were treated. There was this skinner staff we met all the time and she was very friendly. That day she wasn’t our server, someone else was. Everything was good & all until my friend decided that she wanted to order extra noddles. This server explained to her it would come with the whole lettuce & like. My friend agreed but server didn’t seem too pleased. After that she didn’t come to our table anymore. I found it odd, considering it wasn’t busy at all. It was a shame that day was a nice day within the long weekend. Not saying I won’t return because of that incident. But I had enough of the taste. Time to move on to some place better!nnI would still recommend you try.
