This clinic is so great. When I need to be seen, I am given an appointment within days, and am always taken on time, no lengthy waits ever. I am always called with follow up results very fast. Reception is easy to get to through various ways which is great. Anyone who is lucky enough to have Dr. Borten as their doctor is in the greatest hands. She is just a wonderful doctor who truly takes the time to listen to your concerns and is very thorough. Any time she was not available, other doctors who replaced her were also great. I can’t say a negative thing about this place. I’m very glad to be a patient here.
I love my doctor but the receptionist is rude, loud and really not polite… i don't understand why she has to be like this! Really disappointed when i have to call the clinic.. her customer service is awful.
The receptionist was extremely loud, awful and rude , I get it we all have bad days but majority of the time when someone is calling a clinic it’s because they’re in pain or they need help if that’s the person behind the phone maybe reconsider the healthcare field or secretary field… absolutely disgusting attitude.
We went for my daughter's illness, The receptionist was rude, she didnt respond to me even after standing in front of her for more than 5 minutes and she noticed that, as she was busy having fun talks with her co workers ,I was unable to see doctor as we went late by 15 minutes, she went inside and had discussion with doctor and requested to call 811 and book appointment again, never cared about patient and their pain , never saw a person like that in montreal since the day I arrived
In reception, they are not settled. It seems they just started doing what they do.nThe triage is messed up. They do not take the patient's vital.nnI didn't see even the equipment of triage in the room. Thermometer, blood pressure, and pulse, etc.nnLack of personnel for doing the clinical procedures, but good at taking the RAMQ card.nYou only can address one issue in one visit.nnThe doctor told me to come back another day to get my blood pressure.nnI wasted my time for nothing.
