I have been their patient for years. The doctors, nurses, social worker, nutritionist and the staff is amazing. Excellent care, you feel listened to and taken care off every single time. I always recommend them to family and friends. one of the best GMFs out there.
I had a very positive experience at this clinic. Online booking is straightforward. The secretarial staff are professional and efficient. Dr. Zwecker and the nursing staff are attentive and very helpful.
Summary: Receptionist was rude. Dr Michael was ok. We arrived at 5555 av. Westminster Suite 5 minutes before our scheduled appointment. We dialed the intercom, but no one was answering. One by one, parents and their sick children started coming in until there were 4 groups of us. 10 minutes later, we were finally buzzed in. The elevator was small and we had strollers, so we had to take turns going to the clinic at the 2nd floor. We took the 2nd ride. The receiving area was empty, and no staff was around. After a few minutes, a lady with blonde hair walked up to her station to receive us. She asked what our appointment time was, and I said 10 minutes ago to which she responded “You’re late!”. I was about to explain what had happened with the intercom when she interrupted me again and said “You’re late!” I looked around, shook my head, and smiled with disbelief and noticed that all of the other parents were looking towards our direction. We all smiled at each other, and one father was shaking his head. She called one of the doctors and asked if we can be accomodated, stressing again that we were late. The doctor chose to see us anyway. After myself, the other parent walked up to the receptionist and explained the intercom situation. The receptionist didn’t acknowledge the intercom issue and instead said “It’s not your appointment”, twice, to the other lady. The good points, the clinic was clean and spacious. Dr. Michael was patient and attentive. The restrooms were clean but didn't have changing tables.
Almost impossible to book an appointment with your family doctor. They have a system for booking online but no slots are ever available, you have to keep trying again and again, day after day, week after week, to catch an available slot for an appointment with your family doctor. It's obscene. Also, the little goblin Dr. Michael Kalin is not the best doctor, but he can talk nice, especially on the TV.
Extremely pleased with my experience. Came in on appointment for a requisition and was seen promptly. The doctor even offered to fit me in quickly at their blood test clinic immediately, which saved me another trip and headache to get the tests done elsewhere. Super impressed with the quick care and service!
Best clinic ever. The doctors take time to listen to my concerns and always respect my opinion. The advanced booking system is one of the greatest inventions in medical history okay, not the GREATEST, but so handy to be able to book an appointment without waiting months. I'm also very impressed with the walk-in clinic where you can always see someone during the following day, sometimes even the same day. Many reviews here mention difficulties in phone communication but the owner has provided a few different options and, let's face it, they have a large clientele and the world isn't perfect. Also, seriously people, if you're not a client, you've got no right to get angry at the clinic. Write to the Quebec Health Department and express your concerns because they're the ones who designed the overall system. And, no, I'm not a friend or relative. Just a sensible person who knows when they have a good, even great, thing going, lol.

Great staff and knowledgeable doctors
Great Doctors, great nurses, nice receptionists. An incredibly difficult time getting through via phone especially during covid-19! I have been part of busier clinics in the past and never had to deal with such difficult phone systems. Prior to covid-19 I would just walk in physically to make appointments now that this is not an option it has become much harder to access medical services. I hope they work on fixing this glitch as aside from this frustrating aspect the clinic is 5 stars
Great service and amazing staff and doctors. We love Dr. Borten. That said, we've been trying to book an appointment with our doctor for the past week and it has been literally impossible to get a hold of anybody, nor to obtain an availability online even in April and May.... We sometimes stay on the phone for almost 30 minutes and it ends up hanging up automatically... Their online booking system doesn't seem to be working either. What's going on???
