Terrible experience with Dr. Thu-Hang Tran.nI had an appointment scheduled for 8:30 AM and arrived early at 8:15. Despite this, I wasn’t seen until 9:05 AM. The appointment itself lasted barely 5 minutes.nnDr. Tran was by far the rudest doctor I’ve ever encountered. I simply asked for a general check-up, and she told me there was nothing she could do for me. When I mentioned I had previously seen a gynecologist, she dismissed it completely and told me I was crazy, which was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional.nnI was visibly upset during the appointment, but she showed no empathy—instead, she laughed in a cynical and condescending manner. I left the clinic feeling disrespected, unheard, and disappointed. I would not recommend her to anyone.
In the horror show of Quebec medical services,there is a shining light. Sante Kildare is a dynamic upgrade to emergency examination in public hospitals. Doctors meet their patients on time with a smile and usher you immediately into examination rooms where doctors are asking pertinent questions while imputing your information into their computerized patient files. Examinations are rapidly done in one of 43 spotless wait rooms. Requisitions of a follow up nature are usually issued and subsequent appointments are available within days or weeks not months. MRis,x-rays are done at outside private clinics where to date required work for me has been literally and figuratively done before i can get undressed. The test results are forwarded to your attending doctor whereby specialist referrals are made if necessary.nThe trail that leads to the treatment of surgeries and more complex medical issues is still somewhat uncertain to me.nHerein I hope to follow up with additional information.nAs my GP is located at Sante Kildare,the door to a fast efficient medical triage of a sort is wide open. The anxieties of sleeping overnight in emergency wait rooms are over. Finding a GP in this province is as difficult as the Habs winning the Stanley Cup or being designated by the OLF as pure laine. Further investigation is necessary. The expense of private care is another issue. In the interim,I highly recommend Sante Kildare as a civil,modern,efficient and excellent entry into medical care treatment in this province. No plastic cones here,parking is also very convenient and available to allow patients to be on time.
I’ve been a patient at this clinic for over 10 years, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional care I’ve received. It’s clear that the entire staff is committed to patient well-being, with every doctor I’ve seen displaying the same level of care and professionalism.nnWhat really stands out to me is how easy it is to get an appointment when I need it. Whether for a routine check-up or an urgent matter, they always find time to fit me in.nnI truly feel like I’m in good hands here, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a reliable, compassionate, and professional healthcare team.nnThank you Santé Kildare!
Staff is friendly and very patient. I have a wonderful doctor too. I feel like I’m able to see him when I need, if it’s an emergency they always find a way. Thanks to all of you!!
They used to treat me and do a good job. Now they won't see me even if my doctor is away and I still have the same doctor. My doctor is elderly and goes away a lot, I asked the secretary last time if I could go to Sante Kildare and she said no.
