Excellent hospital. I brought my 2 doggies and all the staff is very kind and professional. . 10 star service : !
Great clinic that truly cares for their patients. This place changed my life. My pets are in the best hands now. Thank you.
I accompanied a friend to this vet for her sick aging beloved rescue dog and she says this is the vet you come to for your pets medical needs as they understand it is part of the family. They also sell pet food for your convenience.
The hospital, the vets and the staff is amazing. We take our 2 cats and 2 dogs here even though we don't live in the area. They've treated an emergency urinary blockage, diabetes, allergies, and all routine checkups with the utmost diligence and care. Having changed vets many times before I find their pricing fair and I've never felt pressured towards a treatment. They get all the stars
So disappointed with this place. Took my puppy there for his vaccines. Had quite a few appointments. Paid lots of $$$. Doctors were really nice. Fast forward a few months later, I called 5x to say I’m a new dog owner, is there anything I should do before summer? Any treatment? Or a repeat of shots? Gave my name and number numerous times only to be told we will pull out your file still paper and someone will call you back. Needless to say I will be looking for a new vet asap.
My dog and my cat are both patients at cote st luc hospital for animals and the vets, technicians and other staff are amazing
We had to euthanize our dog of almost 14 years. The vet and staff were sympathetic and kind!
Unprofessional and negligent! I called to ask for an emergency consultation for my 1 year old family dog with a skin infection. The secretary took all my info and told me the vet will call me back. No calls so I called back later that day and she had no clue what I was talking about, no note anywhere, didn't save the info. She took my info again and told me the vet would call. This time I get a call from a very attentive vet who tells me the dog needs to be seen asap and gives me an appointment the next day with an other vet as she does not work on weekends. So the next day a family member brings our dog only to be told there's no appointment registered for our dog and to leave as the clinic is fully booked. At the same time I get a call from the SAME secretary asking me where our dog is as they're waiting for him at the clinic where he currently is being told to leave!!? They are very confused and obviously disorganized. In the end someone briefly "checks" the dog because my father insisted and tells us it's nothing and to go home. We took him to our regular clinic and he indeed has an infection and is currently being taking care of by actual professionals thank god.... Borderline the vet I talked to on the phone was nice and knowledgeable but they need serious help organizing their clinic as they are being negligent, it could have serious consequences! Not coming back for sure and will file a complaint!
Very friendly staff, they explain all the procedures to you in advance and make you feel at ease for leaving your pet in their care. They are also extremely careful and work very efficiently, I would recommend this place for any pet owners!
I have not yet had a bad experience pertaining to my cat. But my main issue is if you’re going to stop answering the phones or the door at 7pm. You might as well change your hours of operation. They have the line transfer to an operator who can’t do anything for me but say call tomorrow. Not the first time I’ve dealt with this.
