Very negligent, unprofessional and uncaring staff. My Dr sent a referral for an iron infusion to be done within the next week. I had to call them over 4 days, and each time the nurses told me it’s not urgent and I need to wait 3-4 weeks…. My numbers were not great and I didn’t feel well and they simply did not care. They told me to go to the er….. this is not the way you run a CLSC . Extremely disappointed.
I can’t begin to describe the receptionist who works at the sleep clinic. It’s like she’s personally affronted that we need to book an appointment. She’s always starting to start a fight for no clear reason. Can’t understand how she still has a job.
The nurse was very nice and patient I really appreciate that. But the older lady at the reception omg why do you have so much attitude? Kept rolling her eyes and smacking lips too when im talking to her. I called in before for an appointment, i asked if it’s rene cassin CLSC bcs my call got transferred and just wanted to make sure i got the right CLSC and a lady answered “yeah you called this number so it is Rene Cassin” i asked to help with my stitches and she said “that you have to talk to the nurse” HUNG UP AND TRANSFERRED MY CALL RIGHT AWAY without even letting me say thank you. I’m sorry that you hate your job but nobody, NOBODY wants to be sick and hurt! Nobody wants to go to clinics or hospitals. It’s crazy how some people are just so shamelessly ok with being rude to others
Receptionists are rude cold people. My wife was having stitches removed from a scalp laceration and I arrived a few minutes after her. I walked in with a simple request, please tell me the room # she is in so I could join her. Told me that was not possible and I just had to wait till she came out. Awful people, shouldn't be serving the public. 0 stars. The nurse was very good.
I took an appointment here for the first time for a blood test and the nurse poked both of my arms and couldn’t get the blood out, she told me to drink lots of water and to come back next week. The next day, I woke up and found bruises on my arms. Then I came back next week like she said drank lots of water and the same nurse tried both of my arms again and couldn’t get blood out AGAIN; told me that i didn’t have “good veins”. I have taken blood tests before at other clinics and they never had an issue. Didn’t catch the nurse’s name but she was middle aged - short, white and had blonde hair. She poked my arms a total of four times and couldn’t get the job done. Totally unprofessional and frankly seems like she didn’t knew what she was doing. I would not recommend getting a blood test here.
